Originally founded in 1986 as Southwest Services, Golden Route Operations (G.R.O.) is a licensed, established local route operator of gaming devices for bars, taverns, convenience and grocery stores. G.R.O. is currently the third largest route operator in Nevada, operating over 2,500 gaming devices throughout the state. G.R.O. uses the latest state of the art technology to route, track and analyze our gaming route operations. Last year G.R.O. made the decision to go to Blackberry mobile phones for our Techs, Collectors and Supervisors. The Blackberry phones work in conjunction with Corrigo Software to help expedite and time track all service calls, thus our Supervisors can prioritize any call that has not been dispatched out within a 15 minute window. Because of our investment in equipment and training, G.R.O. runs an average response time of 33 minutes per service/jackpot call!
